Catch Blair Stricklin for her last Soundbath with us before she moves to Washington. We will surely miss having her at the studio! This sound bath is a tranquil experience that promotes relaxation and emotional well-being. During this 75-minute session, participants immerse themselves in the soothing sounds of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
These harmonious tones resonate through the space, helping to cleanse the mind of negative energies and fostering a sense of peace. The gentle vibrations of the instruments work together to create a meditative atmosphere, allowing individuals to feel grounded and at ease, ready to embrace life's challenges with renewed calmness and clarity.
