The Deep Downshift: A 2-Hour Yin-storative Journey 🌿
We spend so much of our lives “reaching forward” into the next task, the next email, the next responsibility. But when was the last time you allowed your nervous system to actually downshift?
On Friday, April 10th, I’m hosting a special 2-hour immersive experience at SubHerban Studio designed to help you hit the reset button.
✨What is "Yin-storative"?
We’ll spend the first hour in the deep, functional release of Yin Yoga, using long-held shapes and intentional breathing/pranayama to clear physical tension from the fascia and hips. In the second hour, we transition into total Restorative stillness, where the only goal is to let the props and the earth hold you.
✨The Intention:
My goal for every class is for you to walk away learning something new about yourself. In the stillness between the poses, we often find the answers we aren’t able to hear in the noise of our daily lives. Whether you discover where you’ve been holding onto "corporate" stress or simply remember what it feels like to breathe without an agenda, this space is for you.
