Each one appears for a reason, and each one carries wisdom.This workshop is an invitation to pause and explore the inner landscapes where these different versions live, approaching them with curiosity and compassion.
Through meditation, breath, gentle movement, sound, and individual mirror reflection, participants will be guided to observe themselves more clearly, explore what activates these inner expressions and how they influence our emotions and behaviors, learning how to relate to them with greater awareness and balance.
