Christopher Paidhrin is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the City of Portland, Oregon. For more than 25 years, Christopher has been a nationally recognized information security leader, thought leader, and cybersecurity and healthcare conference speaker. His work has earned numerous professional recognitions, nominations, and awards for leadership and service excellence, including the 2025 ISAC Annual Award for “exemplary leadership and significant contributions to the MS-ISAC community,” the 2021 Oregon SIM CISO of the Year Award, and Information Security magazine’s 2011 “Security 7” Award, along with honors from Network World, ISE, and SC Magazine.
