Named for the longstanding Chinese restaurant that once occupied the site, Legin Commons brings 124 affordable homes to Portland's Montavilla neighborhood, at the edge of Portland Community College's Southeast Campus near the Jade District.
This event will bring together project partners, elected officials and representatives, agency partners, community-based organizations, residents, neighbors, and stakeholders who helped bring Legin Commons to life.
Project partners include Our Just Future, APANO, Portland Community College, Edlen & Company, Bora Architecture & Interiors, and LMC Construction.
Event Details
This is an in-person event with activities taking place in the outdoor courtyard and indoor common area. Free street parking and paid parking options are available nearby.
Event Highlights
Guests are invited to enjoy light refreshments, networking, a speaking program, ribbon cutting, and guided building tours.
