The Crucible Course San Diego by PAINKLLR

The Crucible Course is a partner challenge produced by PAINKLLR requiring teams to work through four tasks. Each task requires various attributes found within the special opertaion community, in addition to the physical trial. With an average completion time of 1 hour and 15 minutes, The Crucible Course beckons those who seek the thrill of overcoming obstacles and emerging victorious.

RAIN OR SHINE

Made up of four sections, each area calls on more than your physical fitness ability. The course is designed to include elements of:

• Communication
• Teamwork
• Problem Solving under stress and fatigue
• Drive
• Integrity

The first element is integrity because it's easy to not show up for a free event, but it takes integrity to commit and follow through. The Crucible Course takes 45 to 75 minutes to complete and will happen rain or shine.

Every competitor that completes the course will earn a Crucible Patch.

Heats are run on a first come first serve basis depending on your time slot.

FAQ's:

1) You and your partner must register separate tickets for check in

2) Please arrive within your blocked hour time frame. Heat time selections will be sent out the week of the event. Each hour block has a minimum set of teams and will be run on a first come first serve basis. once selected. Email reminders will be sent leading up to the event to select your heat time.

3) Workouts will be shown upon arrival so that you can see/demo the movements beforehand

4) Each lane has a 15 minute cap, if the work is not completed by then, you will progress to the next lane

5) Sandbags can be scaled if the weight is too heavy. We want to make sure everyone runs through the course safely with proper movement. This is about getting the work done.

7) Bring water to hydrate - this course can take up to an hour.

8) Complete the course and earn your crucible patch.

9) The heaviest weights that are used are 40 lb TRX powerbells, 60 lb PAINKLLR Sandbags and 44 LB TRX Y BELLS. All weights and movements can be modified if needed.

10) Teams can be same sex or mixed pairs
