The Craft Social is a welcoming and inclusive Saturday morning workshop for adults to learn a craft, chat, and connect over coffee. Each month, learn a new craft, meet new people and take something home that you’ve created.Enjoy a slow and creative start to the weekend in the new community-led Whale Theatre.
No experience needed—just come along on your own or with a friend and get creative.
In April, make your own macramé plant potholder with Veronika of Knots and Cords by V. During this 3-hour workshop, you will learn 2 to 3 types of macramé knots using different colourful cords. All materials, coffee, tea and treats are supplied.
Meet the maker: Veronika is from Poland and based in Dublin. Her adventure with macramé started during the pandemic, as she found the craft to be very relaxing and rewarding. With boho making its return to home decor as well as fashion, her hobby and passion quickly turned into a small business.
