The Courageous Leader

Stepping into leadership takes more than skill—it takes courage. The Courageous Leader workshop is designed to support emerging leaders as they develop the mindset and habits needed to lead with purpose and presence, especially in the face of uncertainty and change.

Through reflection, discussion, and practical tools, participants will explore:

• Intentionality – How to stay focused on what matters, set boundaries, and lead with intention.
• Purpose – Why clarity around your “why” builds the foundation for meaningful and courageous action.
• Curiosity & Openness – How courage grows when we’re willing to ask questions, seek out new perspectives, and explore the unknown.
• Commitment – The power of consistency in moving forward, even when progress feels slow or difficult.
• Embracing Risk – How to face fear, take thoughtful risks, and learn through failure.
• Adaptability – The importance of staying flexible, welcoming feedback, and adjusting with intention.
• Acceptance – Learning to let go of control and expectations in order to respond to what is, not just what we hoped would be.

This is a space for new leaders to build clarity, focus, and confidence as they grow into their roles—and learn to lead with courage, not just authority.
