The Cosy Collage Club: Self Love

February is the month of love, but with all the romance and commercialisation, we are often distracted from the most important (and often the most difficult) love in our lives: our relationship with ourselves.

Join us to explore these feeling in a safe, cosy environment. Using creativity as our tool for exploration and healing.

The cafe will be open for drinks and snacks. All materials will be provided.

The workshop will begin with a warm up art theaphy inspired task exploring self love. Followed by the main collage activity, where you will create a self-portrait collage, furtherly exploring the things that we love about ourselves.

Please feel free to bring along a picture/pictures of yourself for the self-portrait. A headshot is ideal, but don't worry, there are other options for this activity if you don't bring a photo along.
