Follow-up is not simply sending another email, scheduling another meeting, or finding a reason to stay visible. The real skill is recognizing what the relationship is telling you after you take action.

In this hands-on Connection Table, we’ll explore how to move a relationship forward without forcing it. When is it time to make an introduction, extend an invitation, offer a resource, schedule another conversation—or give the relationship more space?

We’ll use a practical relationship rhythm: Act → Observe → Learn → Discern → Act Again. Participants will practice identifying the next appropriate action based on what actually happened, rather than acting simply because there is momentum.

Sometimes progress means taking another step. Sometimes it means waiting long enough to see what the other person does with the door you already opened.

What to Expect

An interactive, facilitated experience with conversation, reflection, and practical relationship-building exercises. This is not a traditional networking luncheon—participation is part of the experience.
