In a time where disconnection often shows up in our bodies, our relationships and our communities, we invite you into a curated space of presence, embodiment and resonance.

The Connection Space is more than just an event — it’s an experience that invites you to reimagine what it means to truly connect.

What is The Connection Space?

At its core, The Connection Space is a guided journey into deeper intimacy — with yourself, with your +1 (whether that’s a partner, close friend or family member) and with the wider group.

We blend somatic awareness, tantric-inspired partner yoga and intentional sharing practices to create a safe and nurturing space for genuine connection.

What to expect:

• A grounding meditation to arrive in the space and your body

• A partner-based asana yoga sequence, rooted in tantric principles of touch, trust, and attunement

• A sharing circle designed to open the heart and deepen relational presence

• A closing ritual to integrate the experience into your daily life

You’ll move, breathe, reflect and connect.

After the session there is the possibility to stay for a tea before heading home.

This space is not about performance or perfection. It’s about presence and connection. It’s about learning to feel and relate and connect more consciously — within a container of awareness, trust, curiosity, and embodiment.
