The Connected Body - Open Level Movement Workshop

The workshop is suitable for all movement enthusiasts, with no prior experience required. It will take place in a slow-paced, welcoming atmosphere, allowing participants to move at the natural rhythm of their bodies. The focus will be on connecting deeply with the wisdom of the body rather than imposing anything upon it. We will draw on tools from various movement and breathing disciplines.

The workshop will be held at Yellowave Studio by the beach, offering an incredible view of the sea. This serene setting will allow us to attune not only to ourselves but also to the surrounding nature and the sea, as we explore our internal flow.

The workshop will last for four hours and will be conducted at a slow pace and moderate intensity, making it inclusive of all abilities and body types.
