In Crafty Bitch, we stop pretending those voices aren’t there.Through playful creativity, honest conversation, tapping and transformational coaching, you’ll uncover the inner critic patterns that have been hijacking your brain - and learn how to loosen their grip with compassion, humour and zero toxic positivity.

This workshop blends creativity with real nervous system work.

You’ll experience elements of Jess Nicks’ signature 3Rs of Inner Revolution framework - the transformational process she’ll be taking to the TEDx stage this September - helping you recognise the stories running your mind, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the wiser, freer parts of yourself underneath the noise.
