Bristol Hospice in Nevada County is bringing together 20 local community partners for a one-hour resource exchange focused on one thing:
Making sure our local patients and families know where to turn when they need help.
Our Nevada County Social Worker and Nurse Case Manager will be there to learn about the services available right here in our community and how your organization can support the patients and families we serve.
