A five-piece roots rock outfit from Toronto, Canada, The Commoners fuse high-energy riffs, soulful vocals and rich harmonies for a southern-style rock experience with a powerful modern edge. Over the last decade they've built a devoted following across Canada, Europe and the UK — headlining sold-out club tours, playing major festivals, and picking up airplay on Planet Rock and BBC radio. Their album Find A Better Way introduced UK audiences to their sound, followed by the acclaimed Restless and the live album Live in the UK. JUNO-nominated blues-rock artist Spencer Mackenzie hails from Southern Ontario, Canada, and has built a reputation as one of the most compelling live performers on the international blues circuit today. His latest album Empty Chairs showcases punchy riffs, soaring organ, dynamic vocals and explosive rhythm — gritty, introspective, and electrifying live.
