The Colorful World of Kurdish Clothing

Step into the colorful world of Kurdish clothing with NoVaKurds! Join us for a fun and interactive cultural event where children and families will explore traditional Kurdish outfits from different parts of Kurdistan.

Young learners will discover the different pieces that make up Kurdish clothing, including beautiful dresses, scarves, shawls, jewelry, belts, headpieces, and traditional men’s outfits. Through stories, hands on activities, and cultural fun, kids will learn how Kurdish clothing represents celebration, identity, family traditions, and history.

Come enjoy a day of culture, creativity, learning, and community in a welcoming space for all ages! We will end the event with Kurdish music and dance.
