Join us for this Village-wide, yard-sale-style event across the 1,000-yard distance of our charming downtown!
-Start at Milpa Tacos y Tortillas to pick up your event map and begin the route. (207 Brevard Avenue)
-Shop the Village by following the map to each participating business.
-Earn raffle tickets when you shop! For every $10 spent receive 1 raffle ticket, with a maximum of 10 raffle tickets per transaction. See drawing and prize details below.
-Get your map signed at every stop. Visit each participating location and have your map signed off, no purchase required. See drawing and prize details below.
Your Final Stop: Magnolia Hall:
- The final stop on the map is Magnolia Hall, home of the Community Woman's Club's Boutique Basement Sale. Browse a large selection of donated items available at thrifty prices. You can earn raffle tickets here, too!
Submitting Tickets & Drawing Winners:
- Submit your raffle tickets and completed map in the jar at Magnolia Hall by 3PM. Remember to write your name and phone number on every ticket and your map!
- One lucky winner from the drawing of completed maps will win $200 in Village Bucks!
- Three lucky winners from the drawing of submitted tickets will win $100 each in Village Bucks!
Village Bucks is cash redeemable at participating Cocoa Village businesses. Winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawing. If a winner is unable to collect their prize in-person, Village Bucks can be mailed to them.
