Decyo McDuffie & The Ron Teixeira Trio

Decyo McDuffie is a Florida-based, professional, & award-winning vocalist, performer, and recording artist. Critics and audiences have compared him to greats like Nat King Cole and Johnny Mathis. Decyo has been an in-demand vocalist since he started performing professionally while in college. During this time, he earned various community awards attributed to his vocal talents. Decyo is held in high regard by many of his contemporaries in the professional vocal jazz world such as Alexis Cole, Stephanie Nakasian, and Grammy-nominated jazz vocalist, Jane Monheit, who says “Decyo is one of the most brilliant young singers out there!” In 2023, he was also awarded 3rd place in the prestigious International Ella Fitzgerald Vocal Jazz Competition hosted by the legendary Blues Alley Jazz Society.
