The Clearing: Forest Bath Day Out at Epping

Who is this for?

This experience is for people who are willing to take a pause, who are craving a deeper connection, meaning and purpose in life. People who want to make genuine human connections beyond screens and networking platforms. It is not another fun Sunday thing, it’s a space intentionally designed to create grounding and presence. 

What to expect?

A day-long excursion to Epping Forest and back with an intimate group of 10 including your host - Prachi. The group will meet outside the Liverpool Street Station in London and this is where your journey begins. Prachi will guide you throughout the day with facilitated conversations, games and activities. Please refer to the attached itinerary for further details.  You are encouraged to fully immerse in the experience, be curious and open to a bit of social experimentation! Don’t worry you will not be forced to do anything you are not comfortable with. 

What to bring? 

Since it’s a forest walk and we live in London, you are expected to wear/bring weather appropriate clothing and gears. The lunch scene for the day will be potluck, so requesting all participants to bring what they can to share with the community. We will prefer to have home cooked vegan meals, if one must get store bought items, try for fruits and ready to eat vegan options so everyone is included. If someone has allergy concerns or a specific dietary requirement they can choose to opt out of the potluck and bring their own lunch the way they like. Lastly, if you have a picnic mat, please consider bringing it along.
