Back by popular demand and warmer than ever! The Chill Experience is making its return for a second season at The Centennial hotel. Nestled along the scenic Spokane River, this heated outdoor pool experience transforms chilly nights into cozy, memory-making moments. Step into our winter oasis, where the steam rises, the snow sparkles, and the magic of the season comes alive. You’ll be welcomed with a complimentary cocktail* before slipping into the soothing warmth of our heated outdoor pool, surrounded by crisp winter air and twinkling views of Riverfront Park. *Each package includes two cocktails.
This unique experience is exclusively available to overnight package guests at The Centennial hotel every Friday and Saturday from 5–10pm, November 14th – February 28th, 2026. This experience is open for all ages.

What to Know Before You Chill:
- Wristbands will be provided at check in to be worn during your time at the pool.
- Robes will be provided during your time at The Centennial. A $45 charge will be added to your guest room folio if the robes are not left in your room at the end of your stay.
- Cubbies will be provided at the pool for extra items, but we recommend keeping valuables in your guest room.
- At check in, you will receive two drink tickets, please bring these tickets to the pool to redeem for a poolside cocktail, mocktail, beer, wine, or soft drink. A valid ID is required at the pool if you plan to enjoy cocktails.
- Please enjoy your heated pool experience during these pool hours: 5:00pm -10:00pm.
