Event Timeline:
- Bars open in the Elizabethan Ballroom & Hall of Doges: 7pm
- Check in opens: 7:30pm
- Doors open to the Grand Pennington Ballroom: 8:00pm
- Sit down dinner service: 8:30pm-10pm
- Dancing, late night bites, NYE champagne toast: 10pm-1am
