Neurodynamic Breathwork uses rhythmic breathing and evocative music to access expanded states of consciousness, promoting deep healing and self-discovery. Similar to how your physical body can heal a cut intuitively so too can the psyche.
Through movement, meditation, and breathwork, connect with your inner child—the part of you that holds your earliest emotions, wonder, and wounds and often is the part of us that is unconsciously running the show when it comes to our emotional reactions.
When our Child Within meets the nurturing of the archetypal mother—the presence within that soothes, protects and enables to deeply care for ourselves.
