Join us for a special day of spiritual practice, healing, and uplifting music with Swami Anashuya, a visiting Swami from the main Bhakti Marga ashram in Germany. This event is a rare opportunity to deepen your yoga and meditation practice while experiencing the power of sound and devotion in a beautiful community setting.Babaji Surya Namaskar: 11:00am-12:00pm
Our moving meditation, Babaji Surya Namaskar, celebrates the Divinity of the human body. It is a moving prayer of gratitude that combines inner awareness, silent mantras and ancient yoga asanas (postures).
OM Chanting & Gong Bath: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
OM Chanting generates a vibrational frequency that releases negativity, transforms it and showers participants with positive energy. The vibrational waves created by the OM Chanting practise spreads out in a 2-kilometre radius, creating a harmonious, peaceful environment and a unity between humans and nature.
SatSang with Swami Anashuya: 2:00 – 3:00pm
The Satsang offers a unique opportunity to engage with Swami Anashuya directly, allowing participants to ask questions and seek personal guidance.
Kirtan Session: 3:00 – 5:00pm
Unlike a traditional concert, where the music is performed to an audience, Kirtan is all about group participation. Whether you’re an accomplished musician or someone who simply loves to sing along, this event welcomes all to contribute to the collective experience.
