We all have that one colour that makes us look great, and the one that makes people ask if we're tired. Most of us just don't know which is which.

That's what this afternoon is about. Learning about color psychology and color analysis over a really nice brunch.

Here's how it works. We meet at the NYX Hotel Portobello. There's brunch, teas and coffees, and a live colour analysis demo where I drape different colors on a model. You watch her skin and eyes shift with each one. It's the kind of thing you have to see to believe.

When you know your colours, getting ready is faster, your wardrobe finally works together, and you stop buying things that sit unworn at the back of the press.
