A participatory clothes swap and styling ritual where we explore how what we wear shapes how we feel, move, and relate to others.

Bring clothes you no longer wear, exchange and restyle them, and take part in a warm, playful exploration of identity, perception, and change. Through conversation, exchange, and a shared catwalk moment, we experience how clothing affects how we feel and see ourselves - a lived expression of what psychologists call enclothed cognition.
