Join photographer and mountaineer Claude Fiddler for a presentation and book signing celebrating his new book, The Brooks Range: Journey, Life & Art in the Gwazhal. Fiddler will share stories from 20 years of trips to the Brooks Range that culminated in the book.
Featuring 80 photographs, the book also includes essays by Alaska writers Roman Dial, Caroline Van Hemert, Adeline Raboff and Nancy Lord.
Fiddler will discuss the process of bringing the book together, from collaborating with writers and developing the design and layout to working with a printer.
