We’ll begin with a 15-minute breathwork session from 7:30 PM to 7:45 PM, guiding you to release tension and ease into a relaxed state.Afterward, participants will be bathed head to toe in sound—a hypnotic, ethereal experience designed to lead you into deep relaxation. The soundscape will include 38" Paiste gongs, binaural beat crystal bowls, Native American flute, monochord, vibraphone, and more, creating a soothing and inspiring concert.
Our evening will also feature Tibetan bowls, rain sticks, ocean drums, and other beautiful chimes to complete the experience.
Logistics:
Dress warmly and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for maximum comfort.
Arrive between 6:45 PM and 7:15 PM to set up your space, stretch out, and settle in. The more comfortable you are, the deeper the experience.
Anticipating the New Moon:
With the New Moon approaching, this is a perfect moment to pause, release what no longer serves you, and make space for new growth. The Worm Moon signifies transition and renewal, aligning beautifully with the intention of this sound bath—a time to reflect, reconnect, and reset.
