The Book Club

Have you just finished reading a great work of fiction—perhaps a classic, a historical novel or some science fiction? Or was it poetry, fantasy, or another genre entirely? Or maybe it is non-fiction that truly captures your interest—history, social sciences, the arts, psychology or philosophy?

If you would like to share a book you read lately and chat about it with fellow readers, this reading group is for you. Unlike traditional reading groups, in fact, this one does not require everyone to read the same book at the same pace each month. Instead, it aims to spark unexpected connections between different authors, styles and ideas, and also to consider their points of contrast.

Everyone is welcome, especially those whose reading habits may be a little more on the margins. Please bring along a copy of the book you would like to talk about. You might end up discovering a new read through someone else’s recommendation.
