This month, we invite you into an evening of conscious movement, music, and community as we dance our way back to that truth.
Ecstatic Dance isn’t about performing or getting the steps right.
It’s about allowing your body to become the prayer.
To release.
To celebrate.
To grieve.
To laugh.
To feel.
To remember.
When we stop trying to dance and simply allow ourselves to be moved, something beautiful happens. The mind softens, the heart opens, and we reconnect with the deepest part of ourselves.
Every dance is different because every person brings a unique frequency into the room.
This is a space to come exactly as you are.
No judgment.
No alcohol.
No drugs.
Just music, movement, presence, and authentic connection.

Our estatic dance events are musical experiences that become a meditation, a sacred fusion of experimental beats, evocative sounds, and spiritual rhythms. Through lyrics and frequencies, we aim to gently reprogram the inner self, awakening remembrance, presence, and embodied truth.
