Join Us for Gentle Yoga and Guided Meditation!
Military members face demanding responsibilities, frequent deployments, and constant uncertainty. Their families navigate long separations, frequent moves, and unpredictable schedules. Veterans may also continue to manage physical or mental health challenges connected to their service.
This free, all‑levels yoga class, is offered by Panacea, Behavioral Health and Wellness as a supportive space for those connected to military life to unwind, reconnect, and breathe.
Welcoming students of any age or ability to build strength, increase flexibility, and develop mindful focus. The pace is slow and intentional, allowing each participant to explore poses safely and with awareness. Throughout the session, the teacher offers modifications and variations so beginners feel supported, and experienced yogis stay challenged and engaged.
The class closes with a 15‑minute guided meditation designed to encourage stillness, calm the nervous system, and deepen the connection between breath and body. This final practice promotes mental clarity, emotional balance, and an overall sense of ease.
