The Black Healing Space: Brooklyn, NY (Afternoon)

Join us for The Black Healing Space in the afternoon on Sunday, January 25, 2026, as we step into the New Year with intention, softness, and community. This in-person gathering is designed as a safe and nurturing space for the Black community to release, reset, and realign for the year ahead.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we’ll guide you through a transformative healing experience to help release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body, while cultivating deeper gratitude, peace, and love. You’ll be held in community by facilitators trained in spiritual care and emotional well-being, so that you don’t have to carry it all alone.

As we cross into a new year, give yourself the gift of healing.

Info: This is the main event which includes breath work, sound healing, a guided reflection, journaling and group sharing. We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early to park and check in so they can be fully present to start at 3:00 PM.
