Green plants convert Solar Energy into Fuel/Food. Here’s an awesome opportunity to tank up on some powerful human "Jet Fuel."
PLANNING for this "GREEN, SOLAR POWERED" potluck -
#1. Bookmark the following RECIPE SITES and search for "GREEN-ified" recipes - Don’t be surprised to find brownie recipes with spinach as an ingredient, or tacos made with collard greens/lettuce instead of tortillas. Let’s "Green-up" to fuel our bodies and to supplement them with ample amounts of nitric oxide (from greens), that incredible compound which keeps our endothelial cells shipshape (promoting healthy blood oxidation and fluidity).
