Spend a few hours with us to get a taste of HAI Global and our life-changing workshops. We'll share some thoughts and lead you through a series of gentle exercises designed to open your heart and bring you into connection with others.

T his venue is wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of street parking.

Plan on arriving early so we can start on time. The check-in process takes a bit of time as we will be checking temperatures and providing a COVID waiver for you to sign. Masks are optional for this event. Please read our full COVID policy before registering.
