Gabriel Kittle-Cervine is writer, musician and community arts organizer from Santa Cruz, CA. His newest book, "say {god} without using words", follows his debut collection, I Like Being Dead (2020), as well as a smattering of pocket size poem books, and numerous music projects. He performed original work at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2012, competed in semi-finals at the 2015 National Poetry Slam, and has been hosting community art events in Santa Cruz for over 12 years. Today, Gabe hosts a monthly poetry open mic called The Olive Tree, and facilitates a public writing group in Evergreen Cemetery in partnership with the Santa Cruz MAH.
