Experience a rejuvenating and informative reset and 3-day retreat which will be held at Journey HTX, an oasis in the city. Take a nap, rest under the great oaks or daydream near the waterfall. Leave it all here. From the opening ritual through the last goodbye you will be invited to lay your burdens down.

All activities are planned with you in mind. Experience the artist-in-residence talk and ask the big questions of new friends and thought leaders. Workshops and healing circles are optional as are a full menu of spa services.

Pastoral Theology is interdisciplinary in nature and therefore requires on-going critical engagement and correlative work with allied disciplines. As a teacher, scholar, and clinician, it is his intention to create an atmosphere of hospitality and curiosity and to encourage religious imagination in spaces of teaching and learning. Profoundly shaped by contemplative pedagogy, the penultimate goal of these teaching practices is to appreciate the complexity of the human condition and its flourishing in all ways and contexts.
