Revitalize with Yoga

Life is a spiritual journey, but often times our bodies get in the way with aches, pains, and trauma. Join Bonnie Senteno to explore ways to open the body through movements that create strength and flexibility. As well as therapy techniques that release tension and stress accumulated from the day-to-day life.

All classes are created for all levels of students from beginners to advanced and works in limitations of the body.

Yoga in Revitalization: This class is geared at harmonizing body movement that creates stability and deep relaxation. Students explore movements of strength to help remove tension followed by postures of deep release to allow the body and mind to relax. The two states of being dance to create a spirit that is revitalized!
