The Before I Am Group Experience with Donna & Grounding Sound Journey with Rachel
As we move out of winter, it can feel like we are ready for change but still carrying things that no longer serve us. Old patterns, heavy thoughts, ways of being that made sense once but now just feel tiring.
The Before I Am Group Experience is a guided session where you are supported to gently let go of what is no longer useful for you. You will be guided throughout, and there is no pressure to share anything personal unless you want to.
This session is for anyone who feels a bit stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in the same cycles, and wants to move into spring feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to what they want next.
Once you have experienced your Belief Coding session with Donna we will have a short break for teas & snacks before gently moving in to a grounding Sound Journey to integrate your Belief Coding session & ground your body & emotions.
*You Belief Coding experience will be seated & we will move down to your mat for your Sound Journey - Be sure to bring your cosy blankets.
*Bring along a Yoga/Pilates Mat
*Cushion/Pillow
*Blanket or Blankets
*Any extra comforts you feel you need to be cosy and comfy
*Eye mask/pillow (Optional)
