Join Benita Wolfe and Jack Harrison for a weekend of exploring the beauty and power of your voice while exploring yoga mantra, mudra and asana, a deepening for both yoga practitioners and yoga teachers to upgrade your knowledge and teaching skills through your Voice, Sound and Coherent sequencing of asana (postures).Your voice is the medicine, it is the key to creating the conditions for your students to open and heal, to transform body, mind and soul, and to experience and recognise their deepest core essence in your yoga class.
Open to all yogis who wish to deepen their practice, one or all workshops can be taken.
