This is a lovely opportunity to enjoy an immersive and refreshing six-week Mindfulness Course.
Learn how to calm the mind and body and touch into the wonderful, healing and nourishing elements inside and around us. Guided meditations and reflections, walking meditation and basking in the wonderful sound of silence!
Participants are invited to bring cushions, mats and blankets for ultra comfort.
