Elvis takes center stage as NDSO celebrates the American music scene of the 1950s through the 1970s—an era of bold sounds, timeless melodies, and unforgettable artists.
The first half of the concert brings Elvis Presley to life with the orchestra, featuring special guest artist Gene DiNapoli. Audiences will hear iconic hits such as “Burning Love,” “Suspicious Minds,” and “Can’t Help Falling in Love.”
Gene DiNapoli, one of the nation’s top Elvis tribute performers, is known for his remarkable three-and-a-half octave vocal range, authentic costumes, and performances alongside Elvis’s original band members. He has also been named “Fave Elvis in New York.”
The second half of the evening continues the journey with music from The Beatles, Burt Bacharach, Simon & Garfunkel, Herb Alpert, Brazilian jazz, and more.
