At this tasting Josiah will weave through the history of barrel finishing (the act of moving spirit to a new type of specialty barrel after initial ageing)

We will taste through 3 types of finished whiskies using the same barrel types, including Glen Moray, Thomas S. Moore, Lot 40 and More!
