Each session in the series highlights a different season with curated mini bourbon cocktails, seasonal small bites, and immersive pop-ups from local artisans and makers. Come sip, savor, and explore, one pour at a time.

Fall Session | October 18, 2025 |

The leaves are turning, and so is the barrel. Our fall experience, The Crimson Barrel, evokes warmth and spice with deep, sultry mini cocktails crafted from Ambrosia bourbon. Enjoy rich, seasonal bites and browse pop-ups inspired by cozy autumn rituals, all set against a backdrop of live music, flickering candlelight, and burnt orange hues.

Winter Session | January 24, 2026 |

Deep, smooth, and soul-warming. The Frosted Pour continues the series with rich, velvety pours of Ambrosia, paired with cozy bites and a wintry ambiance. Think warm lighting, luxe textures, and seasonal rituals to toast the end of the year.

Spring Session | April 2026 |

Celebrate the season of renewal with bright, floral-infused bourbon sips and garden-inspired bites. The First Bloom invites you to shake off winter and step into the light with fresh flavors and local makers bringing the essence of spring to life.

Summer Session | July 2026 |

Bold, bright, and sun-kissed. The Amber Solstice captures summer in a glass, with juicy bourbon cocktails and vibrant bites that bring the heat. Expect sun-drenched pop-ups, summer scents, and energy in the heart of downtown.
