This class does not require a partner. It does not require you to have more flexibility or more strength. We are here to challenge any other limiting beliefs the brain can create that will prevent you from trying Acro Yoga. All ages, shapes, sizes, color, and gender are welcome to this class.This class will not tolerate substance or alcohol use.
