Dive into the beauty and joy of this ancient art form! In this non-judgemental zone, we become more comfortable with who we are and how we express ourselves. Build coordination, posture, and creativity for general well-being and self-healing! Move your body and release tension, emotion, build a better relationship with your body and yourself. These Beginner Classes are taught mostly facing AWAY from the mirror, so that you can tap into YOUR inner bely dancer and develop the confidence and strength to be the best dancer you can be!
Every month rotates a theme to delve deeper into the nuances of this art form. However, bring your intentions and an open mind, your teacher may dive in different directions as the energy of the class flows!
Each instructor crafts the class to YOU, creating a new experience every time. It's all about the MUSIC and how that calls you to MOVE!

ROOTS: Foundational rhythms and footwork to ground yourself into your body and the music through the earth.
FLAIR: Exploring how emotions are energy in motion and aid in storytelling - moving with meaning! Fiery accents, pizzaz, and more.
FLOW: Tapping into the energy of the movement of air and water to synthesize movements, connecting with circles and spirals.
