In this energetic class, children will unleash their creativity while learning simple yoga poses, playful movements, and silly shakes. From roaring like lions to wiggling like jellyfish, children will develop flexibility, coordination, and confidence- all while having a blast! So, grab your yoga mats and get ready to shake, stretch, and shine. We encourage caregivers to bond and participate. One signup required per family. Love offering of $15-30 per family.
