About the author

Nedra Glover Tawwab is the author of the New York Times bestseller and . A licensed therapist and sought-after relationship expert, she has practiced relationship therapy for more than fifteen years. Tawwab has appeared as an expert on The Red Table Talk, The Breakfast Club, Good Morning America, and CBS This Morning, to name a few. Her work has been highlighted in The New York Times, The Guardian, and Vice, and has appeared on numerous podcasts, including Good Life Project, Sofia with an F, and Therapy for Black Girls. Tawwab runs a popular Instagram account where she shares practices, tools, and reflections for mental health. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her family. About the Event

All attendees must register for the event by selecting a ticket. There will be a limited number of free tickets. You may choose: a free ticket without a book, a single ticket with a book, or a ticket for 2 people that includes one book. Nedra will presign all copies of . There will not be a signing line after the event but there will be an opportunity for photos with Nedra.
If you choose the book with ticket option, you will bring your ticket (digitally or on paper) with you to pick up your copy of the book at the event. All books not picked up at the event on 2/19 will be available for pickup at Charis Books and More (184 S. Candler St, Decatur) for2 weeks.
