OutFront is not a conference—it’s an invitation into the room where Black women leaders finally get to exhale, be seen, and be strategically poured into.

Created for executive, professional, and aspiring Black women leaders, OutFront is an exclusive, curated leadership experience designed for women who lead visibly and carry the weight of responsibility—often without a space to process the cost.

Over four intentionally designed days, participants will engage in elevated conversations, executive-level networking, fireside dialogue, and intimate leadership labs focused on communication, wealth, wellbeing, and sustainable leadership. Every session is curated for depth, access, and real transformation—not surface-level inspiration.

This is a luxury experience rooted in strategy, sisterhood, and substance. Seating is limited by design to protect the intimacy of the space and ensure meaningful connection with speakers, facilitators, and peers.

OutFront is for the woman who:

OutFront is curated and hosted by Eleshia V. Cash—leadership strategist, executive advisor, and founder of Jackson HR & Administrative Services and The Leadership Center.

Known for creating elevated, purpose-driven spaces for women leaders, Eleshia brings over a decade of experience in leadership development, human resources, and executive coaching. Her work centers on helping women lead with clarity, confidence, and sustainability—without losing themselves in the process.

Eleshia is recognized for curating intimate, high-impact experiences that blend strategy, authenticity, and access. Her programs are thoughtfully designed to move beyond inspiration and deliver real conversation, real tools, and real transformation.
