THE BACKYARD COLLECTIVE: BACKYARD NIGHT FLOW

Every Thursday night, we gather in this little backyard sanctuary for a yoga flow that blends movement with mindful breath. Surrounded by garden magic, you’ll find space to release the week’s weight, reconnect with yourself, and soak in the serenity of an enchanting night practice.

It’s a simple, soothing ritual! An invitation to move with ease, linger in the presence of the earth, and leave with a lighter mind, body and spirit 🌿✨

What you need to know:

• 45 minute session!
• $10 - pay when you get there!
• BLUE HOUSE! Come to the back through the big wooden gate ON THE LEFT SIDE at the end of the driveway

• PARK ANYWHERE ON THE STREET!

Thing you'll need:

• yoga mat
• water bottle
• towel (optional)
• bug spray (optional)
