The gong is a powerful and transformative instrument that can help to clear out stuck or blocked energetic channels allowing sound and energy to pass through the body more freely, helping to reset emotional states to one of homeostasis or neutrality.

Please bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows and other items that will help comfort you as you lay on the floor for relaxation.
