The Autistic Parenting Sanctuary is a calm, welcoming group designed for autistic mums and mums of autistic children who need a moment to breathe, without expectation, pressure, or overwhelm.

This is not a typical group.
There are no icebreakers.
No pressure to share.
No expectation to “join in.”

You can simply arrive, settle, and be.

Whether you want to sit quietly, listen, colour, or gently connect with others who understand, everything is optional.

• A small, calm and low-pressure environment
• Tea, coffee, and light refreshments included
• Optional quiet activities such as colouring
• Gentle, optional mindful moments
• A space where you don’t need to explain yourself
• The option to be met at the door if arriving feels difficult

This group is for:

• Autistic mums
• Mums of autistic children

Especially if you:

• Feel overwhelmed or exhausted
• Find traditional groups too much
• Want connection without pressure
• Need a calm space where nothing is expected of you

• Everything is optional
• There is no pressure to talk or participate
• You are free to simply come and sit
